Payment Policy
I keep payment simple — two ways to pay, no hidden charges.
1.
Instapay
The easiest way. Place your order, and I'll send you a payment link on WhatsApp shortly after. Once payment is received, your order gets ready for dispatching.
2.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. A flat EGP 75 fee is added at checkout — this covers the courier's collection service and the reality that cash orders take a bit more handling on my end. Before I dispatch a COD order, I'll reach out on WhatsApp to confirm your details.
Currency
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). What you see on the product page is what you pay — no taxes or surprises added at checkout. The only additional cost is shipping, which is calculated based on your delivery address and option.
Security
I don't store any card details, bank information, or wallet credentials. Instapay payments go directly through your bank's app. Cash payments stay between you and the courier.
