Shipping & Delivery Policy

I ship from a small workshop, where I live, in the North Coast. Every confirmed order is dispatched through Bosta or Aramex, and tracked to your door.

Where I ship

Anywhere in Egypt.  International shipping is planned for a later phase.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, dispatching begins after confirmation on WhatsApp.

In the case of exclusively-prepared tailored products, I'll message you with an honest timeline before dispatch.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost depends on your delivery zone and the size of your order. The exact amount is calculated at checkout — no surprises after.

Free shipping on all orders above EGP 2,500.

Delivery time

Once dispatched from the North Coast, the order shall be delivered within 5 working days, depending on your delivery zone.

Delivery times are estimates from the courier and may shift slightly during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can follow your package's journey on courier's site or app.

Fragile items

Some of what I make comes in glass. Each glass item is wrapped individually in foam and/or bubble wrap, cushioned with kraft paper. If something arrives broken, see the Return & Refund Policy — I'll make it right.
